Website Analytics

Our website is hosted on Squarespace, which provides website analytics and performance reporting. Squarespace may collect information regarding website visits, page views, device types, referral sources, and general usage patterns to help us understand how visitors interact with our website and improve its performance.

Webinars, Events, Podcasts, and Video Content

Enso Horizon hosts webinars and events and produces podcasts, video blogs, and other audio and video content (“Content”), some of which feature partner companies, sponsors, co-hosts, or guests. Partners associated with a specific webinar or event are named on that event’s registration page.

If you opt in during registration, we may share your registration information (such as name, email address, company, and job title) with the partners named for that event, so that they may contact you about their products, services, or events. We share information only with partners of the specific events you register for. Once shared, a partner’s use of your information is governed by that partner’s own privacy policy.

Recordings. Webinars, podcasts, and videos may be recorded and published. Recordings may include the names, voices, images, questions, and comments of hosts, guests, and participants who speak, appear on video, or submit questions. Recordings may be shared with registrants and partners and published on our website and on third-party platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts. If you prefer not to appear in a webinar recording, you may keep your camera and microphone off and submit questions anonymously where the platform allows.

Guests. Guests appearing on our podcasts or videos may be asked to sign a separate release or appearance agreement, which governs the use of their name, likeness, voice, and recorded content.

Third-party platforms. When you watch, listen to, comment on, or subscribe to our Content on platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or LinkedIn, those platforms collect information under their own privacy policies. We may receive general analytics from them (such as views, listens, and audience demographics), but typically not information that identifies you personally, unless you choose to share it, for example by commenting publicly.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with event partners only as described in “Webinars, Events, Podcasts, and Video Content” above.

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers that help operate our website or business, including:

  • Squarespace

  • Email service providers

  • Scheduling or booking platforms (if used)

  • Webinar, event, podcast hosting, and video platforms

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) tools

These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf.

Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send messages related to an event you registered for. Unsubscribing from Enso Horizon emails does not unsubscribe you from a partner’s emails; you would need to opt out with that partner directly.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and communications, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
